In spring 2011, room-only discounts are available for Walt Disney World Resort hotels for the general public and guests with Disney Annual Passes.

For spring 2011, Walt Disney World Resort is offering hotel discounts for stays in its official on-site properties. Disney has extended different special offers to both members of the general public and to Disney Annual Passholders. Savings vary by room and travel dates and currently these room-only discounts are offered to guests on select dates for Disney vacations taken during winter and early spring.

Spring 2011 Walt Disney World Hotels – Discounts for the General Public

For guests planning a 2011 winter or early spring vacation, Walt Disney World offers up to 35% off select Disney Resort hotels on most nights between Jan. 2 and April 16, 2011. These are general public discounts available to all guests, subject to travel dates and availability.

For Walt Disney World’s early 2011 room-only savings available to the general public, there are two booking periods that feature different discount rates. Rooms booked now through Dec. 31, 2010 are eligible for savings of up to 35%. Rooms booked between Jan. 1 – Feb. 13, 2011 are eligible for savings of up to 30%.

For early bookings made by Dec. 31, 2010, the following Walt Disney World hotel discounts apply on non-discounted rates (rack rates):

Value Resorts or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge: 20% off
Moderate Resorts or Disney’s Polynesian Resort: 25% off
Deluxe Resorts: 35% off
Deluxe Villa Resorts: 35% off

For bookings made between Jan. 1 – Feb. 13, 2011 the following Disney discounts apply on non-discounted rates:

Value Resorts or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge: 15% off
Moderate Resorts or Disney’s Polynesian Resort: 20% off
Deluxe Resorts: 30% off
Deluxe Villa Resorts: 30% off

Disney guests should be aware if they book a Walt Disney World hotel room using a discount they may still opt to add on a Magic Your Way ticket package or a Magic Your Way Plus Dining vacation package.

Spring 2011 Walt Disney World Discounts – Guests with Disney Annual Passes

During the same period of Jan. 2 – April 16, 2011, Walt Disney World also offers Disney Annual Passholders discounts on hotel rooms. As with the deals offered to the general public, these room discounts vary by resort type.

For Annual Passholders, bookings should be made by April 16, 2011 and the following discounts apply to rack rates:

Value Resorts, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney’s Polynesian Resort: 32% off
Moderate Resorts: 35% off
Deluxe Resorts: 42% off
Deluxe Villa Resorts: 42% off

Disney Annual Passholders may also add the Disney Dining Plan to their room-only package.

Walt Disney World Hotel Special Offers – Restrictions

Walt Disney World discounts require advance reservations. Discounts are subject to availability, and the number of rooms available for these Disney special offers is limited. Block-out dates might apply, particularly during busier travel periods; and a minimum length of stay may be required for Friday or Saturday arrivals.

These offers exclude suites and three-bedrooms, and extra charges apply if more than two adults stay in a room at Disney Value Resorts, Disney Moderate Resorts and Disney Deluxe Resorts. As with Disney other discounts, guests may not apply group rates or other discounts in addition to one of these offers.
